how to get restitution

I am dealing with credit card fraud with two of my credit cards. Bank of America and Chase. I have 17 fraudulent charges with BOA and 19 with Chase. They are all from the same person and they have stacks of info from me. It has been ovr 60 days and I still have not been credited back all of the money.
I am intrested in finding out how to go to court in Nevada where I reside to receive restitution. Like Karen, I have spent counless hours trying to resolve this mess. BOA has a different person dealing with every dispute none of which have phone numbers or emails.
I also want to file charges against this person who resides in FLA. He processed the charges via his Wachovia merchant account either by internet or phone. Is this Federal? Please send advice.
