The Bank

I was wondering what bank Karen was dealing with that did such an inept job. I read her story today in Reader’s Digest, and found myself not only fuming at the theif and and the court system, but the horrilble customer service provided by her bank. If I could find out what bank it was, I would be sure to spread the word to never use that bank!!
